Symbol Deadline Calendar

This is a technique I developed to quickly and visually capture the standard key milestones for a project. 

Simply draw the shapes on the dates. In a few seconds, a glance will tell you the day, date, and actual workdays between for the key milestones. 

Adapt to your standard milestones. If you have more than four, pick some more shapes of your own!

This pairs nicely with my Expectation Abacus.
