Post-apocalyptic exercise gear

I've rigged up a lot of exercise gear. I started when I had no money for "real" training equipment. It was fun walking down the aisles of Home Depot figuring out what I could use. It was fun using this with friends and teams I coached. It was fun getting weird looks. It's something I recommend - build at least some of your own gear.

It also comes in handy during a zombie apocalypse.
